Here Comes The Beast

Obama has been and gone, his visit cut short by the Icelandic ash cloud. I did not get into the city center to see him give his speech but I did manage to take some bad photos of “The Beast” passing by with Barack and Michelle in it.

This photo was taken on their way to the American embassy before it got stuck on the exit ramp when leaving.

A Dying Breed

Whether you believe in Global Warming or not the general consensus is were running out of oil. Our love affair with the car as we have known it is going to change. That of course does not mean they will disappear off the roads, rather what we put into them to make them go will. Enjoy the smell of petrol while you can.

Annual Vintage Car Show at Terenure College took place on 4th July, all proceeds went to ARC Cancer Support & St Francis Hospice.
